Graham Catering is presently offering the following services: delivered hors d’oeuvres, boxed lunches, luncheons, dinners and desserts and full-service catering (to include a service staff and/or rentals).
  Graham Catering can deliver food-only orders for an additional delivery fee, or you can pick up your order from us.
  Full Service Events
  To secure a date with Graham Catering we require a signed copy of a contract and a non-refundable deposit seven days in advance of the event. We can accept cash and checks.

We will provide a final invoice on the day of the event. The balance for the event is due on the day of the event prior to the event commencing. We can accept cash and checks.

We require a confirmed guest count three days prior to the event.

For service, we recommend the following:

- One chef per 50 guests
- One server per 15 guests (plated event)
- One server per 20-25 guests (buffet event)
- One bartender per 50 guests

  Service Charges

Service charges include (contact us for current rates):

Chef (four hour minimum)
Server (four hour minimum)
Bartender (four hour minimum)

We automatically include a twenty percent gratuity for our chefs, bartenders and servers. This charge is calculated on the labor total and is included on the gratuity portion of our contract.


We can arrange rentals for your event, from Après Party and Tent Rental. Rental costs will already be included in your contract. Please be advised that Après Party and Tent Rental does charge a delivery/pick up fee (charge will vary depending on the event’s address).
