About Us
  We are Dustin and Jana Graham, 1997 graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and both originally from Minneapolis. Our training and primary focus has been classical French techniques.

We have had working experiences in San Francisco at the Left Bank restaurant and the Lark Creek Inn, and later in Chicago at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the Four Seasons Hotel. Our prior culinary experiences have proved essential to us, but Minneapolis is our home. We are excited to be back, and we'd love to work with you.

  Graham Catering is presently offering the following services: delivered hors d’oeuvres, boxed lunches, luncheons, dinners and desserts and full-service catering (to include a service staff and/or rentals).
